You get a clear, plain-language agreement covering what we do, what it costs, and what to expect. No hidden fees, no legal jargon, no lock-in you can't get out of.

Onboarding & Setup
We coordinate professional photography, write your listings, and launch across Airbnb, Booking.com and LekkeSlaap with pricing set for your market from day one.

Guests Hosted, Property Cared For
From here we run the day-to-day: guest communication, in-person check-in and check-out, cleaning and maintenance, ongoing pricing adjustments. You don't have to think about any of it.

Reporting & Growth
You get regular reporting on how the property's performing, plus recommendations to keep improving occupancy and revenue over time.
