EZStay collects only the information we need to respond to your enquiry and manage your property: your name, contact details, and details about the property itself.

We do not sell your information. We share it with third parties only where necessary to deliver the service, such as booking platforms, cleaning teams and vetted maintenance suppliers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing ezstay.dbn@gmail.com. We handle personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
